I mocked it up really quick here:  im not sure if I should keep it aircooled or go for a hyper build. i think 20 hp would be a good solid number. I got a new job ($) so hopefully my budget will open up a bit  Last note, Brandon at SSS recommended this setup for a reliable 18 hp, but will it be enough? heres a screenshot of my abandoned cart:  |

If you're starting from scratch go with a 12 pin crank and kit. 2tdave went with a long rod crank c16 and i forget what cylinder but i think it was air cooled on a triton clone and got 74mph gps. There is a thread hear on it someplace

20hp is possible with a 70cc.
12pin crank is a MUST
Liquid cooling is a MUST
Cylinder: polini evo, malossi mhr 7t, hebo manston, metrakit pro race. Porting is I think a must...dunno for sure.
Exhaust: Yasuni c20, c21, c30
Carb: 28mm
The rest won't make any difference for the hp numbers but are more for faster acceleration and longelivety.

12mm pin is for those that like to sleep in Egyptian cotton, wipe their ass with five ply paper and drink triple distilled water out of a mason jar.
Balls to the wall with 10mm or gtfo
(Just making shit up because we have only 10mm on the TPR stuff, hah)

Although I've actually been wondering this. Tpr is a minarelli brand. Polini only has 10mm pin kits available for the Mina too. I wonder if a good 10mm bearing is just as good as a 12mm.

If you're turning lots of rpm the 10 pin bearing becomes a preventative maintenance item or you risk it letting go and whipping out your cylinder |
