hey guys i confirmed by having my Friend ride my scooter too that at about 40mph the scoot starts vibrating and shaking pretty bad. its when I'm at wot and around 40mph my max is 45mph. everything is stock with 1000 torque, 1500 clutch and 5 gram rollers. the shaking and vibrating is only in the 40mph range it feels like I'm sitting on a big Harley vibrating the hell out of me. could it be the rear tire or just the engine revving so high its vibrating the scooter

It's most likely the tire. I had that problem with pretty much all of my stock tires, but switching to good tires helped a lot. Check your tire pressure first.

what should the tire pressure be set to. im also on the stock crappy Chinese tires with about 6700km on them

32-36psi probably. The tires will give you a max rating, just don't exceed that.
