MET II is speed restricted by ECU (~7000rpm) , variator, gears, cam and exhaust.

Good looking scoot. An executive where I work has a 2006 Honda Metro with 600 miles on it and he said he would take $800 for it. It sounds like a great deal from what I could find online. I was just thinking of buying it and flipping it but am afraid once I rode the Honda compared to my Chinese scoot, I would want to keep it but I can't afford to have that much tied up right now.

Bill that's a good deal. I had one and it was full of problems, but most Honda's seem pretty reliable. Mine only had 400somethin miles haha. And an intermittent killswitch failure that kept it from starting, a bad ecu, a bad fuel pump, bad connection at headlight switch, etc. They get expensive real fast when they go bad. Not a lot of parts that are interchangeable with other scooters (besides a ruckus) makes them unique parts wise. But when they're good, they're great.

Its been awhile since I posted! Finally got a ruckus swing arm! Also ordered a 10x5 douglas mini fatty and kymco modified hub. Also ordered a password jdm radiator cover and their x rated ignition cover! I am however having issues on how to get my breaks working as i have a ruckus and metro rear break cables going into the equalizer but they are coming up too short.
