That's a horse of a different color I only see the wheel combo in used stuff though. You may end up stripping something down off cregslist. Though the GY6 150cc doesn't get much faster than 50-55 stock. ( anyone that thinks different is trusting the Chinometer, I used to pass a guy who thought he was going 64, and I GPSed at 53 )

yeah i got lucky with it being a top mount. im fine going used cuz frankly a brand new 150cc gy6 is $400 and thats insane hopefully i can find a used one with the wheel for close to half of that. the hookup shouldn't be to hard i have a Friend that has done it before and hes going to do it for me. the only thing im worried about is the 2 stroke and 4 stroke connections via the cdi and wiring harness. or are they all identical? so if anyone knows where to find a engine plz let me know
