No scooter parts, but I got some cash that'll help get new gear or parts, and a pair of leather riding gloves since my others got ate up pretty bad.

Merry Christmas to all you scooter heads in a belated way. Our internet and cell phone services were out yesterday. Flooding??? Last time it happened a beaver chewed a cable in two where it crossed a creek out in the sticks. We've had a record year for rainfall down here.

Nothing like your situation, I'm sure, but it's nasty and wet here too. We had 16-18" of snow last week that stuck around because of 30-35 degree highs. Christmas day it got up to 50 and started raining that night. It's still raining now, so we've had all that snow melt down quickly plus the rain.

It rained almost all day long yesterday, until around 7pm, when it got very cold and windy. Let me tell you, it's not fun when you have a days worth of rain, and it all freezes instantly. The roads were a solid sheet of ice! I might buy a Prodigy variator and clutch with my christmas money ;D
