Hey all,
For an upcoming event I need to build a race worthy 150cc long case, but I cannot go above the 150cc.
Things that come to mind are:
Intake porting Flatslide intake (pwk 28-34) Exhaust (don’t care, aliexpress pipe does it) Trans (nay stuff I would do) Camshaft (what is available?) Ignition (is there a inner rotor?)
Any other ideas?

As you will see if you look over my thread, check the compression. Mine was really low dynamic compression with an A9 cam. Matt of PFS ( fugaziiv) recommended an A11 cam in another thread. People seemed to like Endrigo heads from what I recall of some GY6 150 searching long ago. Not cheap. Most aftermarket heads are for larger bores. www.buggypartsnw.com/index.php/endrigo-racing-cylinder-head-for-gy6.htmlI cleaned my head up a bit. Don't think it did a whole lot, but the ports on Chinese stuff sure can be pretty rough. I don't know if there are light ignitions for those. If nothing else, you could have someone with a big lathe machine the flywheel to lighten it some. Won't make a huge difference though.

Looks like an ideal iggy curve for a 4 poke Brent!Should give some snappy throttle response to this TU,, err fine machine!!

Cool pito! Can it be programmed for a 2 stroke curve as well a 4 stroke curve? What is the RPM limit??

Best you can do is to make the head breathe easier and tune the transmission.
So ports, valves and cam mostly. Run the A11 with QMB valve springs. The A11 will cause the stock spring to bind like crazy.
What make is the base engine? That really matters on these, as not all GY6 engines are created equal.

For an upcoming event I need to build a race worthy 150cc long case, but I cannot go above the 150cc. Event link? What engine attributes are you seeking . . acceleration . . long range reliability? Why long case?

Cool pito! Can it be programmed for a 2 stroke curve as well a 4 stroke curve? What is the RPM limit?? Yes it allows you to do a reverse curve for 2t. It allows for total 60 degrees, my bad. I modified the software to do 16k. Stock was 12k, but for 2t that's no good. I believe the guy tested the iggy to 30k.

Jennings GP? I wanna just glue two 70s together and go fast. Thats the one! Still lacking details. Started a project thread, will get more details tomorrow on the bike we will use. The adivce with the A11 cam is solid, i think i even have that somewhere.

I'm waiting to see if Taiwanese will be allowed or if it's gotta be mainland.
If Taiwanese then I have 2t stuff ready to go. If mainland i just wanna get a junker gy6 and a chemistry set.
