Hey all, For once I will not post a million pictures to start offbut just a concept. There is a race. It is an endurance race and it involves On and Offroad parts. 150cc Chinese only (well 150cc is the max). Before I get a Minarelli clone and dump 3k in it to make it a 2T racer, I grabbed some friends and we are forming a team for said race and are building a bike based on a TGB Laser. As I do have a lot of scooter track experience, this will be a fun one, especially focusing on brakes and suspension. Mind you, everything will be on a budget, before we go nuts we want to have fun first and foremost. Engine wise there are several Gy6's floating around the garage, we are going to build one out with a modified big valve NCY head, trying to mod a Vespa 200 Exhaust that's around and will do a 32mm Flatslide intake. Trans will be whatever comes along, and is easily replacable. Oil cooler for temp control. Tires/suspension and brakes will mostly be Aliexpress. Will get first pictures this weekend, I am stoked for this, it will be dumb and fun.

The frames can hold up to this kind of stress?
Or are they reinforced / modified?

Here it is! We also already have a NCY 58.5mm Big valve head. I gotta measure the intake and then order a flatslide intake that fits the head.

This blue bike is coming all apart for parts, will do that now. Will do a sales post but if anyone needs something LMK

On a GY6, (and QMB139) unless you are going to spring for a 4V setup, the port size matters a whole bunch more than the size of the valves in the head when a good portion of your tuning comes from a cam. Let me know what the ports look like on that NCY head and I'll see if the ones I have will be a better option. Additionally, since most performance heads use "heavy duty" springs, if you want to get a high lift cam (A11 for example), you'll need to use QMB springs in the head as well. Stock springs will bind on the bigger lobes. Also, here's your intake to slap the PWK on there. www.partsforscooters.com/169-29_GY6_Power_IntakeMatt

A little cutting on the Agility frame and the engine mounted right in. Agility. 150 right now. 30mm OKO seems to fit too and we got a GTS 250 Header pipe and exhaust that will be made work. I will post pictures later.

So I missed taking a picture of the Agility when it was together, but.. well... it was an Agility 125 Dropped the engine, tank and useless stuff Cut off the main stand and the tail light mount. (First one for engine mounting reason, second one for cosmetic reasons) Engine slid right in, also lined up (did an alignement test) The shock is only tilted due to lens angle Mounted the rear plastics back on, gonna do a quick release on it for fast on and off mounting. Nice, empty and light in the back. Now, the seat pan. I am fabcricating a seat plate (no actual seat) next week that only does a mono seat up to where the helmet box ends and cover it with Neoprene, MotoGP style. For easier movement. The tank is gonna be ditched, we are going to put a new one, with pump, under the floorboard so the weight is all nice and low. Handlebars are coming off. The wheel will get swapped for a 12". New handlebar setup is coming, although I need a clamp for that. So if Matt can give me some insight here fugaziiv that would be cool. I have a radial master for it already, kill switch and quick throttle. Now, for fast parts. Want to finish the frame first but so far we got a OKO, the head said GTS Scorpion exhaust, (only header pipe here in pic). It is less than 1mm wider than the exhaust port so I will come up with a mounting solution. Was thinking flange, viton ring and spring mount. I have started looking into V4 heads... now that would be something....

Quick throttles take a delicate touch.

Still slowly moving forward.
12" fits.
Waiting on a Stem now so we can mount the handlebars.

Story time: mounting that handlebar will be a bit complicated but possible. If it gets too trickty we will just get a ruckus one. Here it is mounted with a bunch of duct tape We tore into the cylinder as it had no compression. The Cylinder is fine, the head has a stuck valve. With the larger ports, we slapped the big valve head on but are still in need of gaskets and a proper intake. The Vespa 200-300 exhaust ALMOST just bolts on and is .5mm larger in diameter than the exhaust port on the head. GOOD ENOUGH I SAY. Need a little dremel and a better gasket, and it is MINT. (This is on the old head) Here a fancy carb pic

Oh, pretty ok.
Gonna do a bake sale thing soon to raise some funds, we are doing a 171, A9 cam and big valve head, should be fun.
