So Ive discovered Chelada. Its Budweiser with Clamato(tomato juice),lime and salt. Theyre delish. If you don't mind tomato juice in beer try some. Its an acquired taste.

Does Modello beer lean towards an American or European beer? Kind of splits the difference. I’m a big fan of Belgians and German beers, and have a soft spot for Aussie beer that isn’t Fosters. For me, Modelo has more flavor than big label American beers, without the weight of the Euro beers. Kind of like Stella, but tastier to me. |

First off, I have always liked tomato juice. Seems many people do not. My friends are appalled when I proceed to add beer to my tomato juice. Funny that you dedicated a thread to your new-found mixed drink. Well heck, now you got me going. It's Friday, and so I will proceed to the market for Modelo, Clamto, and limes just as soon as I leave the office!  |

Yep tomato juice in beer is either good or awful to people.Its something different.I used to drink just regular bud then went for years hardly drinking any alcohol. These Cheladas are good once in a while.Party hard but responsibly fuzzy!  |

1-Clamato to 2-Modelo 3-4 splashes Louisiana Gold Horseradish Pepper Sauce Juice of 1 lime 2 splashes worchestire sauce 2 splashes soy sauce skipped the rim salt, pia Cheers! Thanks for the inspiration   |

So......I finally tried the modelo chelada. Not a fan. It has a unique flavor but its not for me. My Budweiser and clamato chelada is awesome.At least I tried it,rite?

I love Michelada's, had two of them out of my entire life at two different authentic mexican restaurants. One had shrimp, spices and some veggies on the rim, the other was different. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MicheladaExample of a good Michelada, I am now thirsty.  |
