Wolf RX50 carb question

Wondering if anyone knows if the wolf rx50 has a serviceable (stock), not sure I want to pull it out just to find out.

I noticed I'm running rich when I put in a new plug last night.

If original equipment . . expect to find tamper-resistant carb fuel bowl fasteners. Original carbs are typically set up to run lean . . so might look for a deficient fuel petcock diaphragm issue.
