Big piston:
Right, this is out of a Lanz Bulldog Tractor, 10.338cc single cylinder, two stroke Diesel (self igniting, but basically can burn any hydrocarbon based fuel).
The one from that pic was made 1947, so post-war...
The"Truck":
Its italian made, so it has racing genes...
Steel centrepipe frame, single suspension at all wheels, rear angine, rear wheel drive, made of aluminium, stainless steel and carbon/polymer fibre. All that painted in Ferrari-red and built by hand in Italy... So real race car
Just kidding. The manufacturer´s name is Casalini, its a european "superlight"-class truck, with a Mitsubishi marine swirlchamber-diesel engine in it, displacement on my older model is 538cc. Automatic transmission (Bombardier belt drive with torque converter and gearbox itself with diffetential is made by Comex/Italy).
That car wheighs 420kg ready to ride, empty 350kg. I upgraded some stuff, so the car is able to carry 1 ton (measured).
I also did some mods to use it as a summer camper. Pics follow...
