I'm not familiar with this carb so I didnt mention it. Seems like theres 3!? That's the most I've seen on a carb.

I just got in another one of these.  In the first photo, you see the gas line with the larger diameter opening and the oil vaccum with the small opening.  And then in the 2nd photo, there are those 3 pipes on the side.  One comes covered and that's for the oil and the other two.  My eyes aren't good enough to see into them...

Yes its for the coolant passage and yes u need to block it off!

EDIT: Just put one hose connect them together.
