What started out as a 49cc white 2014 stretched Ruckus, later turned into a Black(darkside) GY6 swapped creation. Eventually. It sat like that for a whole year after realizing this was harder than I thought. Did my homework and got back to it. Bought some parts too. Ended up looking like this. Wasn't happy with the look so..... A quick color change to red and more parts. Really missed the camo look, so it made a comeback. At this point I bought a Met/Ruck and made it all Ruck in Mint Green. Only to realize i needed to have a black Ruck.
Took the Minty apart and started work on the black bike. The effort was worth it. Sold it and started missing it so... I had to make another
Changed the handlebars and now it is done.

It sat like that for a whole year after realizing this was harder than I thought. It's not, really, but after seeing the process you went through, I think you convinced me

Hope I convinced you to not give up lol. In the beginning I didn't have the right tools or the right parts needed to do a swap, so it seemed impossible at the time. I still had my trusty 1986 Honda Elite 150 Deluxe to ride, so it wasn't a priority to get it finished. Then I went to the school of 'TR' and learned a thing or two and that made everything sooo much easier.

Apparently, this little thing prevents the need to push your Ruckus to the gas station.

I'm one of those "eh, I got enough" guys haha. I end up running out of gas even when I have gauges. I'm lazy.
