If I’m not mistaken all the normal Minarelli cylinders, cranks, variators and clutches will fit. The only odd-ball piece is the belt which is an odd size but I think that’s just using an OR cvt setup.

Yeah, the belt is longer so it's harder/more expensive just to get a good replacement (Bando). No belt for the OR kit that I know of, but most never use an OR kit. Cases and CVT covers are different, but the good news there is that some ATVs used those and I've actually seen the long Adly CVT covers come up when I couldn't find any good standard Minarelli CVT covers on eBay. If you need the stretched long case Adly specific parts, this may be of use for searches : Adly Moto/Her Chee Scooters : Bullseye 50, Cat 50, Fox 50, GTA 50, GTC/Nifty 50, Jet 50, Noble 50, Panther 50, Thunder Bike 50, Thunder Bike 100, Viva 50 Adly Moto/Her Chee Youth ATVs : ATV 50, ATV 90 Arctic Cat Youth ATVs : DVX 50, DVX 90 Can-AM/Bombardier Youth ATVs : DS 50, DS 90 Lambretta Scooters : Uno 50 You may need to change jets, you may not. I would have a jet kit on hand if it were me, so I know I have it covered if needed and I could try a few to be sure I get the best results. Here are some pipes. Mounts may need slight work when dealing with clone engines, but you should be able to get most Minarelli horizontal exhausts to fit. www.scootertuning.ca/en/19-exhaust-systemswww.scootertuning.ca/en/13-exhaust-systemsThe street stuff that looks pretty standard usually gives you a boost in all around power, but it tends to be mild. The sport pipes should provide more power at higher RPM. The downside being they tend to drop low rev power. Low RPM can be bypassed so it doesn't really matter with stiffer clutch springs and lighter rollers. Some CVT tuning will be required if you want the most from anything beyond the basic street pipes.

Thanks guys, very informative.
I am going to slow my roll for now.
List of things to do: I'd like to work with 2strokd to learn, hope he accepts and I can pay funds for his teaching and using his tools. Unfortunately, I am not in the same place when I had the 4 stroke sunny scooter, that was my parents house and mainly my dads compressor and tools. 1) The back brakes needs to be changed, they squeak like hell. 2) Change tires to stock, the scoot has fat tires and back tire sorta rubs against something. 3) Go for 70cc BBK recommended by 2strokd over text. 3) New pipe, bigger carb was recommended by a Google+ member not sure about this one yet. From what I was told "Take a reamer head on a dremel open up the exhaust port to suit the new pipe same for the carb if ya change it don't go bananas like a millimetre top bottom an off each side of the port .match the piston exhaust port too " 4) Let it run like a raped ape.

It does look like a short case motor to me,so std belts should work. That appears to be a 10" wheel with a high profile tire, which shouldn't fit a standard shortcase. Also has the CVT cover design of the stretched engines. Look how far it is from the back of the kick lever to the bump for the bearing that supports the primary drive shaft.

Would tape measurements help? I can measure in mm and in IN.

Yep,Brent is right!I measured a short case cover,15 1/2",so it is a stretched case motor...

The adly is a stretched short case. They use a small axle like a jog or Aerox with the standard cloner brake size. Shore Case clone gears fit and give you 10:1 gears and the larger axle. They will take a 13 inch wheel if you can find one. The Aerox disc hub fits so you could go to 13 inch Aerox wheels if you fab a caliper mount. The adly and arctic kat and one other used that motor in atv's in 50 and 90cc. Those motors are a direct bolt in and they even have the mooing for the rear brake cable but they have 8 something to 1 gears in them. The last adly 90 i bought complete for less than 150 shipped

Is a stretch shortcase good? It has slow startup but once it gets along it moves to 54-55mph easy.

The short case trans is strong but a overrange belt hasn't been found. The adly motors run good all the ones I've seen were matched perfectly and we're stamped with a code that would indicate Japan or tiwan so they are nice cases

I looked and cannot find it, I looked where my sunny scooter had its serial/model # but isn't there.
