You would not be the first to make this mistake. Not just Chinese bikes though. Even my Yamaha Aerox was in kilometres.

Anyone know if this plug needs gaping and if so, what does it need to be gaped at?

BPR7HS or BP7HS gapped at .024-.028” should be correct.

On thr left is bp7hs on the right br6hs. Will the bp7hs be fine even though its taller from the base where it screws in? I dont want the piston to hit the tip of the plug.

BTW your engine id is stamped on the case about 6 inches to the left of your gear oil fill screw. This is the engine ID location on pretty much all scoot engines. Probably mucked up and need to be cleaned off to see it. This pic is from an Adly engine exactly the same as what you have. I wouldn't put too much stock into that ID tag though- probably won't get you much info on Google. Refer back to the info that 90GTvert posted on page 1 for what to search for when looking for parts... There's a few parts that are somewhat different than the typical Jog engine (Jog, Minarelli horizontal, 1e40qmb, etc.) such as the flywheel and stator but for the most part it's just another "Minarelli horizontal" or "Jog" or "1e40qmb" engine so there's tons and tons of parts available. If you have any questions when buying parts just ask and we can help! I kept asking where the # would be, well I just caught this post a day or two ago and somehow missed it. Ty, my bad I kept asking.

hey there. pretty new to this but i read through your chats and am excited to see we have the same scooter. ill post some pics for you tomorrow so you can check mine out. its purple but its pretty quick for my small build. so far i have a malossi 70cc bbk, performance intake with a pwk 24mm flat slide carburetor, naraku coil and cdi, prima exhaust, 4 gram roller weights, couple other things . id love you give you some advise however you need dude, im a certifies scooter mechanic and really love this stuff. btw, thats one of those isnt the right spark plug. the one for our scoot is BPR8HS or BPR8HSA. that BP8HA is a different size and will probably make your scoot run differently. hit me up with any questions.

Did some research and found out that the bp7hs is the same size. Should work fine. I use a bpr8hsa and have tried many different kinds that are the same length exactly and didnt find much of a difference at all. Idk why one of those in the picture is shorter, it must be a different part number

The shorter one on the right is a br6hs.
