Hey fellow members does 21mm sound about the right size for the nut on the back that holds the rim on? That's what I measured the nut with a millimeter tape measure it looks to be 21mm.
Reason being I am going to go buy a socket today.

I have a set of standard sockets at work that actually have the metric conversion engraved on the socket. Some are pretty close. Some aren't haha.

That would have sucked to round the corners. Saved a huge problem.

hey guys my exhaust on my 2008 adly hammerhead is old and has a whole in the exhaust near where it connects to the engine. if we get a fourth stimulus check I'ma get a new scooter a genuine rough house sport do you guys think it's worth replacing the old exhaust on the adly at the price of $215 plus tax and shipping? I do not think I want to sell the adly if I get the genuine I was thinking about jumping into doing my own work on my adly. should I wait and see how it goes with new scooter then working on the adly as a project then I don't have to worry about screwing up my only scooter if I get the new scooter. I'd like to know what your thoughts are please. www.ajpartsstore.com/schematics/scooter-parts/scooter-parts-silver-fox-50-2-stroke/silver-fox-50-2-stroke-exhaust

Get an aftermarket they're cheaper and you gain some performance, scootertuning.ca has a Technigas Silent Pro for 119.99 + 15 for shipping, you'll need to grab some jets the few steps above what you have now.

Up to 10% bigger. So i'd grab a mid upper 70's, an 80, and a mid lower 80s one. Start with the biggest and move down. These guys sell quality jets and have a guide to make sure you are buying the correct style. www.jetsrus.com/FAQs/FAQ_identify_that_jet.htmIf you run on too small a jet you'll be running lean, have a bog(same w/ too big a jet) and potentially overheat the engine, the performance exhausts will come with a restriction(looks like a washer) in the mouth of the exhaust where it bolts to the cylinder make sure to remove this. A temp gauge will really help out with tuning, and I think it is essential for beginners to carb tuning. Aim for a top temp after sustained WOT around 350*F.

Won't be under minarelli Look for a manufacturers stamp on the side of carb, not sure what carb an Adly has stock. You could also pull the main jet and compare it to the pictures/measurements they provide.
