Just watched it guess folds out here might like it.
I hated it though lol cuz i seen myself in that old man no i don't want to set world records, but being a cheap i recycle old parts etc and my ride was as reliable as his piece of old junk. This is what wrenching addicts look like.

Years back I got to see this and I was blown away. This old feller was the real deal, he lived for tinkering and racing. Anyone who loves to wrench will know the feeling of connection to your machine.

I heard about it years ago through the forum and checked it out. Good movie, but mostly Burt Monro was a dedicated person. Actually, you can find documentaries about various land speed racers, teams or events and it becomes an obsession to a lot of those involved. Forget the names of all of the ones I've seen, but you can find some on Netflix and Prime or maybe your TV provider or YouTube. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burt_Munro

Great movie. Seen it a couple of times, but not for a while. Interesting fact, in the movie when they do a collection for him, the bag they hand him is the real deal. It was loaned to the film company for the scene by Burt Munro's son.

Yes, simply the best! I would go to Bonneville often, when I lived in Montana, in search of the next Burt Munro. Inspires my creative side to keep going.
