Hi, my scooter is in the mail. It is supposed to be a black dong fang 50cc RTX which I only found where I bought it. Paid 1,260 delivered with a 6 month part warranty added. If it shows up I plan on riding it to work mainly, with a few leisure rides thrown in when the wife goes to bed. I spend a lot of time in the garage, and with a Chinese scooter to fix and upgrade at least I will have something to do.

Thanks oldgeek alot of good info there, will put it to good use. She comes Wednesday, I am excited. Buddy gave me a helmet, doesn't match the scoot in style. I am not a fashionable person and I know people are gonna be looking at me funny anyways lol. Hope the title comes quick.

No worry style isn't as important as safety when it comes to helmets.

She got here today, heading out to get fluids. They sent me a red one, no biggie, I dig it. More solid than I thought it would be. A broken rear turn lens and the rear rim needs adjusting, not bad. Can't wait to take her for a spin!

You should change the Oil and gear oil out be for you start it for the first time. Good Luck
