Once in a while, panel/fairing sets come up on Craigslist Oahu (or you can just do Craigslist Hawaii to see if someone on the other islands has them)in the for sale section. So type in "moped scooter parts" in the "for sale" search bar. I don't recall seeing DJ-1 panels, I only recall seeing sets for TACT and PAL.

Pal is the smaller elite e, right? And pal 2? Sorry Benji, I'm a Chinarelli guy, not too familiar with the Honda scoots as far as the differences.

Is buyee a good site? Is it trustworthy? If I buy something, how long does it take to ship usually? I've never bought off them I like it. ive bought 3 full sets of fairings now its usually about 60-120 to ship.60 day boat ride to 14 day flight. if youre in a big hurry they got 3-4 day shipping for like 30ish$ over the 14 day price. the sets can be had for 9.50 and up. my ab07/ 84 aero set was 15 plus fees and 14 day shipping = under 150 the dj1 set I just bought was 9.42 and a seat was another 9$ I boat shipped all that a couple weeks ago so I got everything minus the handle bar pieces and F&R lights for around 110. I bought and 14 day shipped this pipe for under 80$ ive bought 3 sets of rims a few glove boxes and a few light sets. if you ship each purchase I could see it get expensive. but when you buy a few things over the free 30 day storage they have and consolidate the shipping, it drops the shipping price a lot. plus theres 6 different ways to ship, the faster you want it the higher the price. I wouldn't buy everything there but for the stuff that we (USA) were never offered, its a great place to get those rare or impossible to find parts. they have insurance available also. I have not had anything I bought get "lost" or broke. they package very well with lots of padding. I was leery at first but now after 10+ packages and 30+ purchases, I can say its on the up and up, and honest. I should say it sucks and its terrible to keep my bidding competition down. lol. but truth is I like it and im really not that stingy, and don't mind others having cool stuff too. ive gotten a lot of good info from here and like a lot of the members ive interacted with. so I'll gladly share the secret with my friends. so if theres something jdm youre looking for or even panels or parts for your old Hondas or yamahas, check it out. I only wish I could buy a motor, frame or complete scooter from buyee. id have a lot more rare/ odd/ cool toys in my collection...lol

there is also a "pal2" that I think is either close to the elite e (sb50) or maybe the se50 (mine).

Ya I've seen the full scooters... Dios for super cheap. I think your buying from the same guy I saw on there. Cool, I'll order a set after I move then. I think I like the black and grey DJ-1 rr set. its actually a salvage yard. they usually have some good deals. id say they are the equivalent of ecology or pick your part here in the states. im white gyro plastics I bought off a private party, for like 11$ each panel. which was still stupid cheap so like 17-20 each after fees and what not. I just bought 3 side stands for my fleet for 15-28 each. those 83-84 aero/ tact/ ab07 panels I bought and had shipped for less than you would find 1 rear side panel stripped of the spark plug door and storage door on fleabay. and theres 3 different styles for the ab07 as opposed to the 1 style we have here. I didn't really even need that white set. I bought it for an in case of emergency that might/ could happen in the future. ive switched most of my lights for the awesome reason their turn signals are integrated on most. so no damn objects sticking out to snag me or other things while riding or storing. I love that. once I get those red and white panels delivered from the slow boat ill be doing a build on my 87 elite. for all those spree lovers out there, I know you've had a few Benji, check out the jdm round head light and eve engine covers. I think they look so much tougher than our us sprees.

I really suck at searching this site. Trying to find a working headlight for an 89 Elite E, and the stock engine clutch.

My pads are doing the twist and are just about fully engaged at all times. I think I may have found the right headlight, looks like its not sealed beam either.. buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/b104114249

Is buyee a good site? Is it trustworthy? If I buy something, how long does it take to ship usually? I've never bought off them Order with confidence! The other nice thing about Buyee is that you can have then re-package stuff if you want extra shipping protection (it's an add-on cost though).
