I mean this in the best possible way here Mr. Pancake, but this is the nastiest mofo moped I have ever seen. I honestly never imagined I would want to do 50moh on one. Then I screwed myself over and read this thread. Now its all I want in life. Thanks for that! Really bad ass build.

Don't forget to make the outboard bearing mount!
The inner bearing is like 8mm and there wasn't room to upsize it. the bearing I added in the front cover is also small ish. I don't think they will survive long without it and all that weight hanging off it. I mean it might but those clutches are pretty heavy compated to what was on there oem.
I forget what the bearing is but look up a piaggio kicker cover, or anything with the ID of the end spigot, shove it in a piece of tube and weld some brackets here and there.
I suppose you could even cut and hack a piaggio kicker cover back half as well...

Why not ? which is for what? the small one looks like an express pipe. what size cc are those for? I didn't know mlm made a bigger chamber. I wrenched on an express with an mlm like your smaller chamber. that thing pulled for days. I want a side bleed for my derbi metrakit express build. I was worried the mlm express pipe might be too small though. so I haven't got an exhaust yet. either of these up for sale??? lol  |

clone engine. Some interesting stuff. No decomp valve. STUDS for the head not bolts. Head is rough looking. I guess it had a pull start. NO STARTER SHOES and a modified bell, cool. 6 roller variator but a bit rough compared to honda.
