I just scored some tickets for me and the family to go to the MotoGP in Austin on April 14th. I just got the Sunday ticket. Anyone else going?

Yup! Went last year, going again this year. Niece and her extended family are helping with the leg work, camper and everything. Gonna be awesome.

Ok. Last year I was a little worried because we only got general admission tickets, but it was fine. The grandstands were open during practice and qualifying, and there is good viewing on the lawn areas. We never made it all the way over to turn 11, and didn't check out the glass bottom tower. No matter, lots of cool things to see and hang out for three days.   |

Tools for the family  I got the ones with the radios so we can listen to the race. They broadcast it on an AM station so there is none of that FM lag. |

Went up the tower yesterday, it's an awesome view. Not freaky as I thought it'd be with the glass bottom n all, there are little etched cirlces in the glass which takes away from the vertigo effect.  |

After a few laps Marquez was almost 4 seconds ahead of Rossi. It wasn't even a race. The only way he was going to lose was to wipe out.
And look and behold. The COTA King has fallen.
