Welcome to the site. That's a damn nice scoot for free and I definitely like your plans/goals for it's future. Good work stuffing it in that 'tegra too. ;D
If you wanna bypass the ingition, you pretty much just have to see what it is switching on and off and connect them together. If you can get a wiring diagram for that model, it should be fairly simple.

i have printed out the manual and have it at home. now for finding out what it connects to, is the hard part because when i remove the front panel i see a multi plug where 4 diffrent things plug into. and i can see where the wires go from there.

Looks like you should have green, black, black/white, and red. I think Black/White and Green will have continuity when the switch is OFF and no continuity when the switch is ON. So you'd wanna make sure they are not connected, which is probably just a matter of unplugging the ignition harness. Red and Black should have continuity when ON according to the diagram, so they'd need to be connected. You could probably just make a jumper with a paper clip or some spare wire that would work long enough to test. Make sure you've got a fuse installed when you try that. Sounds wrong to me, but that's what the diagram says (unless I'm reading it wrong).

You can jump it with a car battery. No need to start the car. It'll crank better if you put the pos+ on the scooter's battery and the neg- on the scooters frame. It won't hurt it.
Great find!

Still wont start though, not if the ignition is in the off position anyway.?. If you dont have a key and plan on replacing the ignition why dont you just break it with a chisel or something to turn it on?

That's how I got home once when I lost my keys.
I hammered a screwdriver in there and twisted it and hammered and twisted etc until the guts of the lock failed and then it turned to the right and it started up.

Sweet, now go pound a screwdriver in the ignition and twist that baby lol. I stilll love the fact the you stuffed it in the back of an Integra. Thats diehard....Reminds me a the time i wanted to go to certan spot and ride my Yamaha Blaster four-wheeler but i didnt have a way to get it there. My cusion owned a 92 Dodge Daytona and joking he said "we could just put it in my car...."lol, A half hour later we were cruisin down the road w/my quad hangin out the back of his car. Aaahh, the memories. Sorry to steer of course here
