Hey everybody, I just wrecked my car haha. It still drives and runs, but it definitely needs some work now.
I need a daily driver/rider and my 2T Zuma is definitely not that candidate haha.
It's about 15 miles to work (each way) and it's 45mph roads most of the way (which means 55-60) I'm looking at a Yamaha c3 for cheap, and also found a Kymco agility 125 for cheap. I also have almost stock '87 elite that needs a bore.
Should I buy the C3 and hope I can easily modded to 45-50? Do I buy the agility and hope I can do 55? Or do I spend some time/money on the elite and daily that?

You know my answer. Remove the spacer on the variator and 48 is doable. FI is nice and reliable for starts

Id go with the 125 it will hit 50mph with little trouble or much tuning.

Went and looked at it this morning. Here it is.. Little rash but I can get it for a song. Started right up after I showed the guy the Killswitch. Wind shield and cup holder come free. Needs a front valve stem on the tire.

So, did you buy it? Me personally I would go with the agility. I do like that yamaha though. But you are going to be modifying it to make it do what you realistically want.

Pains me to say it but 50mph for a 50cc is pushing it to the edge,I,d still get that C3 .

The agility had too much "edge" on it, if ya know what I mean. Also found a prebug with no title, hopefully I'll snag it next week.
