I would like to get a little more top end speed. Maybe 60MPH or 65MPH? I know I can change to sliders but Im afraid of loosing some of the low end speed I like (Acceleration). What weight sliders of other mods do you guys recommend. The scooter is bone stock. I got it maybe a month ago and it just reached the 1000 miles or kilometers mark today.
TIA

I'd recommend an oil change, and switch it to a synthetic. I run 12-12.5gram weights in my 150cc. Get a decent belt like Bando or Gates. An aftermarket exhaust and air filter will also help out, but will make your scooter louder. A 26-28mm carb(cvk or pwk) is an option as well. An unrestricted cdi will get the revs higher up.
Some free advice: Do one modification at a time, it will save you some head scratching.

12g sliders are pretty popular, but it can be a matter of taste to some degree and one setup doesn't always work for everyone. The right sliders may help you all around.

You run both weights? 12 and 12.5? Dont really want to make my scooter louder than what it is right now so maybe I'll just go for a better air filter (Recommendations?) and I've been looking at some carbs already

Last time I changed sliders when I had my 49cc, it gave me more acceleration but not top end. This time I would like to keep the current acceleration but increase the top speed. So 12g sliders are the way to go?

Sorry, I have a few bikes. One uses 12g and the others have 12.5g, every setup is not the same. It's about maximizing your particular setup. You can mix weights to fine tune also. I can't say my setup will work for you, I can only say what I have done.

18x14 is the size of the roller/slider. 18mm wide x 14mm diameter i believe. Too wide won't fit in channels too narrow will pop out.

EDIT: I think I found it. My scooter uses 18x14 so the ones from Dr. Pulley should work. Thanks again
