Yesterday morning i did something I've always thought of doing and finally did. Ran and finished my first Marathon at hhe tender age of 40. My thighs and glutes were scream at the end of it but felt good over all.

My mind says I should run, but my knees scream don’t do it. Maybe in my next life...
Congrats man that’s a great accomplishment to be proud of.

Congratulations. The only time I run is if someone is chasing me.

You must be very good at balancing your carbs where's my medal for puns. Balancing my carbs that's where i eat my pasta from both sidez of the plate at the same time right?😂 No clue really i just go out and do it. I like to push myself to my breaking point and keep going.

Good going Tiny. It takes dedication to put all the training in to complete a marathon.
