I haven't had too much time to work on this customers bike, only a couple hours after work so far. I pulled the cylinder off and it looked ok, but the squish was waaaay off. I think it may have the wrong piston. I pulled the base gasket and two (!) Shims off the bottom of the cylinder and used only threebond as a gasket hoping to get the piston a little closer within range. As it was all drying, I opened up the OEM carb to see where it was jetted at. It wasn't. It has a 80mj, which I'm pretty sure is stock. It has a stage6 aluminum bore and I think a yasuni c16, and it's jetted for OEM. I'm surprised it didn't seize haha.

benji - That thing sounds crisp! Matt she's a beast. I still need to do some tuning. It's fat on the pilot and lean up top I think. It starts with no choke and breaks up a little at part throttle. |

Nice building what is that like 600 700 sf ? I'm not actually sure. I need to measure it and check haha. It's cheap monthly tho, less than a thousand a month. Retail/wholesale space is pretty cheap out here. |
