I see people riding on rims almost every time I drive anywhere and they are oblivious...

Im curious if he'll be able to pay his way out of trouble like what's common in the USA. It does not work like that here. He will definitely get a fine and banned from driving. Probably a year. No MOT. The car will be seized. Will have to pay storage fee, and a fine. Possible points on his licence. Which he would of already lost through drug driving.

S. of A would happily exchange your freedom for a good bargain. Nope, no bribery here, as long as it's done in the open and on public records. If it weren't for lawyers, I wouldn't have a license. And I, hehe, am a superior driver!
