No idea what the stock jet is, but most likely you will need a larger one than stock.
Any idea what the squish clearance or is or compression test results? Sometimes the kits aren't setup well out of the box and if the squish clearance is really loose it'll feel like it has very little torque.

Hey Brent, I've tried upgrading a stock 2t with a cylinder kit before while leaving the exhaust stock and I had similar results like typhoon did even after upjetting from 55 to 75. Shouldn't he/she get a performance exhaust first or can the 60cc kit really improve performance by it self?

My experience with putting a 70cc kit on my 49cc wasnt too good. I felt that overall power was pretty much the same. I noticed just a tad bit better acceleration from 20 to 40mph. I mean a small tad. Once i put a pipe on it I was HOLY SHIT!! i went from cruising at 40mph to cruising at 49.5mph. top speed 51. I was amazed.

A pipe would be nice, but I don't even think anything aftermarket is made for his scoot. I believe it's the chain driven 2T. I've used stock pipes with BBKs with success. As long as the stock pipe is not restricted it should work fine. I've gone up to 96cc now with a stock 49cc pipe working just fine.

" Ive gone up to 96cc now with a stock 49cc pipe working just fine".
Ive read about quite a few people having good results with this. Ive been working on opening up and making my stock siverstone more free-flowing. Amid other things, Ive been doing a little to it everytme I get a chance, following the thread in the tech library of course.
No aftermarket support for a certain motor has to be a bummer. Time to be creative!

Don't bother. The exhaust you have is the same one I modded. Didn't make a difference. If you look at the Project 90 thread you can see my results with it vs another style of stock 49cc exhaust.

At my shop a 50cc minarelli came in and the guy wanted a 70cc put in. He was running a 70 jet with his stock cylinder. So... I installed the 70cc kit with a 90 jet but the scoot was even slower than stock. It took a 110 jet to get the kit to be faster than stock. I think a 95 jet would give you what you are looking for.

Would a Mikuni Small Hex Main Jet be the correct 95 jet for this scoot and where to buy?

after some research, and looking at oem jet (with no markings) it seems to be a mikuni small round main jet so will try the #95

i tried a #95 main jet and seemed better but had to move the clip on pin to the top groove as mid-range mix was too rich. Also removed baffle in air box which helped. This seems to get the best results but I think maybe #95 is too big.
The low end is still poor but top end is better
