The motor (I've heard) is some kind of liquid cooled morini motor. HOWEVER I have some ultra rare double-dog-dare-ya super secret Honda Tuning tech for you. Peugeot cylinders will fit the Honda platform. Same bolt spacing and stroke. I'm sure some kajigering is required to get it to work just right but it will work. Even better news, the Hot 50 model of Peugot has a lot of aftermarket support and is LC from the factory. See what im sayin'? You could do some surgery and get this baby RIPPIN on 70ccs with that rear disk brake! I bet the rest of the motor is standard Mina stuff. Honestly not sure if that is only speculation or not. The water pump is kymcos own design, nothing like the morini pump. In some aspects its similar to morini motors, but more I think its based on Honda motors of the time.

Peugeot cylinders will fit the Honda platform Didn't OldGeek try this before? I thought the exhaust flange was different. Therefore the Honda exhaust won't fit anymore when going Peugeot LC. And yeah the mhr rep is the nicest cylinder available. Yasuni R the nicest pipe. No C16's available and no bridged ex port cylinders either. Better go with a 150mph able corsa.

I've seen Peugot cylinders installed on Honda engines but I am not sure if anything had to be done with the exhaust flange. I got my models mixed up, hot 50 is a PGO model. The speedfight is the Peugot model with LC cylinders

Not really, I would imagine the Airsal Performance Aluminum makes more power. Speculation wise.

You're confused with the cast iron Malossi sport. The MHR rep is a alu nicasyl cylinder with 3 ex ports. The MHR rep is a mid-race cylinder just like Airsal. It's quite a high quality product, better than then Airsal. It's also almost twice as expensive. MHR rep: MHR RepI appreciate your explanation but you're confused actually. As far as I have found, the only option from Malossi is there Cast iron cylinder kit. (Atleast that states is for the Kymco LC 2t Engine) Which is why it is not the best option for performance, reliability? probably.

Peugeot cylinders will fit the Honda platform ....when going Peugeot LC. And yeah the mhr rep is the nicest cylinder available... I don't know about Kymco... but for Peugeot the MHR rep is the nicest cylinder you can buy off the shelf, at least in Europe. People have grafted Piaggio cylinders on Kymco and peugeot cases, but I am talking off the shelf Peugeot parts.

The studs wont line up on the Peugeot cylinder, and it will line up with the mounts, or vice versa depending if you buy a Peugeot pipe or a Kymco pipe. Im talking about the easy way which is to buy a cylinder made for the bike in question.
