139QMB with 80cc BBK? What fuel-spark-compression troubleshooting efforts have you made?

Yet another exercise in futility?
At least start by checking if the sparkplug boot is secure . . .

Does the engine turn over, and crank? Does absolutely nothing happen with the starter button? Do you only hear a click when the starter button is pressed?
This happened to me once, the dang spark plug cap had broken on the inside where it grips the threads of the spark plug. Cap came off when riding, left me "stranded". Sitting there, scratching my head and noticed the thing hanging down. I unscrewed the cap and just crammed the wire on the threads of the plug to get me home.

So I charged the battery it wasn't that
It tries to turn over but "drags" like it doesn't want to..... I'll check the spark plug and let you all know in that next.. . Thank you for all the help

Check your engine ground. Sometimes they are on the valve cover, and when you rebuild the engine sometimes we forget to reconnect that - I have done it MANY times. Without it, your starting will be extremely weak and you may even lose spark. You could have had a good enough ground thru an engine mount to have it running and now it's just not good enough - or in the worse case the stator was handling all of the "ground" and burnt up.

Would the Stator cause it to die while running???
I was driving it when it initially died.... And then wouldn't restart

Would the Stator cause it to die while running??? I was driving it when it initially died.... And then wouldn't restart It can... If and AC system your stator has 2 roles: charging the CDI via the "exciter coil" and then signalling the CDI when to release the charge via the pickup coil. Either one of those could have failed. On a DC system you'll only find the pickup coil. There's a how-to on checking resistances and voltages to see if your stator is good, I'll upload the link in a few.

I'm sorry but I'm very dumb to this kind of stuff and I'm going to tear this thing apart tomorrow and try to figure this all out Thank you

Here's where mine is:
