Is it possible that a fouled spark plug could have been my whole issue??? Would it just foul and cause it to die and not restart? I switched out the door plug this morning and it stated right up.....I didn't take it for a drive yet because I was afraid it couldn't be just the spark plug.... Sorry again.... But I am very dumb when it comes to this stuff

So I took the scoot to football practice and back with no issues....I still can't believe it was just the spark plug..... My dad is in Heaven laughing his butt off at me.... He was a mechanic all my life... But I was too busy with my friends to learn from him.....
Thank you everyone ..... I'm sorry I'm completely dumb when it comes to this stuff....

Mine is attached to the starter? In case OP got stuck and hasn't made much progress since. I I can take a picture if he's still around.

Mine is a 2007? So maybe just by maker? My importer/brand was Manco, but I think my old CVT case was stamped Linhai. A lot of car grounds are to the starter as well, so I hadn't considered them being grounded anywhere else until I saw this thread. I've had a couple new 139am parts not fit interchangeably though. A flywheel was so inconsistent that it drove me nuts for months trying to figure out where the short in my wiring was. And a set of gears in the back was so tight that I literally couldn't put the case back together. Watched 90GTVerts video like 1000 times teething to figure out if i was putting them in backwards.
