Honda Ruckus 49cc I use 5.5 gram Dr Pulley sliders. Runs well from 5-6 grams, 5.5 seemed to work best for what I wanted performance-wise. I weigh ~ 140 lbs

Simply use 4,8g weights in it. Might help a little, I´m running the same setup in the same engine.

You combine weights to get a set, you can get anything from 2.5 to 12.5 in 0.5 gram increments with that kit. For instance 6 and 7 gram weights average out to a 6.5 gram weight. If you want 7 grams use the 6 and 8 gram weights. When I was close and was trying sliders I bought 3.5 and 4.5 sets. I could get 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 by mixing and matching. You put them in alternating as you go around.

I know, but it´s not meant that way. Weights must have the same weights. Otherwise they will wear off differently.

After you find what weight you want you can get a good set of weights. That is how I used the set that I purchased. As for alternating weights for fine tuning long term I have read and watched several people doing it with good weights and using it long term. I have no idea what there results were.

I have mixed weights for years. I do try and keep them fairly close though. I personally don't like mixing weights with more than 1g difference. And normally less than that.

Before buying a set like that, why not buy a set with 6 weights? 139 QMB engines mostly use 5.5. Since you want lighter, buy from 5g down to 3.5 etc. Sometimes I just wonder...
