24 bucks for a oversized pulley. That is a major bargain Is that is what is on your 2001 jog It would be way cool if Dexameth would come up with a fully built zuma with ssp-g and universal parts just to see how far you could take a build with non-euro parts and your rear pulley would fit in nicely . I myself am always drawn to the Sexy European parts. I just got outbid for a 98 Jog this week by the way . Yeah, there was a guy on here trying to sell them for like $70, but they’re literally the exact same thing I just linked to on Aliexpess. Same part number and everything. I had a ‘96, ‘99, and ‘01 Jog. Now I only have the ‘01. Amazing scoots and super reliable, but on Michigan roads, they’re wheels are just too small to be safe. We have potholes that will change your life haha. The ‘01 I still have was basically showroom condition and got it for $550, so I don’t think I’ll get rid of it any time soon. The pulley worked excellent on my ‘99 and I think I’m going to order another one just to have on hand actually. I did have to trim the case and cover a very very small amount though. Spent maybe like three minutes removing material for what was a very minor rub. I still consider it bolt-on by far though.

That's a bummer on the Jog. I love that scooter. I've clocked it a GPS 50mph tucked, with nothing more than a pipe, jet and sliders as far as modification.

Spoke with Partzilla and they are going to replace it and cover all of the costs, so that's awesome. Still have to wait two weeks for shipping, but I'll be on vacation for more than a week and have a ton of other things I can work on with it in the meantime.

Ask them for better packing on the replacement. I’ve had a few damaged parts from Partzilla but they always take care of it. One was a case half. Wonder how many cases they are putting out of circulation with their poor packaging.

They actually packaged it differently when you asked?
Hard to see how better packaging by default wouldn’t be good business?...
As long as they’re going to have a liberal return/exchange policy I’m cool with it, but seems like they’d be losing their asses on shipping.

All of that sounds quite negative. I should say, their customer service has been excellent, shipping aside. Very friendly and responsive and their prices can’t be beat for OEM.

Good to here that Partzilla took care of you.
Good Vendors need to be supported and promoted.

Hang on to that case if they dont want it back.A decent weld repair could be made in that area..With 2 strokes being forced out of production it could be a workable spare case...

They aren’t sending out the new one until the old one is on its way back. I feel the two stroke squeeze too though. Need to start hoarding now because sooner or later they won’t be very easy to come by.

Anyone have any recommendations for type of plastic that will match the rest of the dash cowling area when making a mount for my Koso gauge?

The kydex sheets are a good match. One side is smooth the other has texture. I’ll see if I can find a picture of mine.
