The only store showing them in stock is Racing Planet and I just read in another thread somewhere that Racing Planet likes to list things as "in stock in EU warehouse" and then cancel orders. So I guess we'll see what happens. Don't say that. I have just ordered some Polini stuff! 😡 Even in the U.K. It says in stock. You order it, then it says instead of 2 day shipping. It will be 2 days from when they receive it.

I'm not sure I've ever ordered from them. If I have, it's only been once or twice and a long time ago, so I can't have much of an opinion honestly. I'm about to place my order with them. Let's just both cross our fingers and hope for the best!

I'd prob contact ScooterTuning.Ca and ask if they had an idea when they'd be back in stock before ordering from RacingPlanet. Way too many negative reports about those guys. It may not take that long. ScooterAttack.Com shows them in stock. They are the supplier for ScooterTuning I believe. Or just go straight to ScooterAttack, but shipping may be high.

Literally was probably clicking the "confirm order" button while you were clicking the "reply" button haha. Fingers crossed I guess...

Don't know about Racing Planet US but Racing Planet Germany are top notch. They are the official Polini retailer in Europe and they always delivered thus far. Regarding the exhaust, there is also the Yasuni C16.07 aka. City 16 which is something slightly below a C16 but with the benefit of keeping your center stand. Jack in Florida (HPLogic) has that pipe on his Aerox scoot and I still got mine on the Malossi MHR replica engine. Great pipe with good powerband for mid-race level stuff. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/10395/stroke-pipe-building-information?q=Tsimi

Don't forget it you get the C16-City, because it's a road legal pipe. You have restrictions fitted. The C16 comes with no restrictions.

I saw the C16, but since I'm already running the R, I figured I might as well go big or go home and make a bigger jump than the City 16. I don't think I want to push it much past this rev wise though. Only other performance mod I may consider would be a 21mm carb, but I'm pretty happy with the 19mm and better gas mileage so far. I think carb size is overrated.

I have had the R and city 16. Quite a bit of difference. From what I have seen in the past the C16, and city 16 are identical in performance once the restrictions are removed. Just routed slightly different.

I've had the privilege of seeing a City 16 and C16 together when I met up with ryan_ott and MKDeuce at the fall car show last year. It is pretty nice that the City 16 works with a center stand. The C16 has more direct routing and a shorter headpipe. Both seemed to perform quite well. Neither was as loud as I expected. My Malossi MHR sounds ridiculous as did the only other sorta high rev pipe that I owned (MRP). The Yasunis are better baffled/silenced and seem like top notch pipes. Here's a quote from John about the City 16. Looks like a nice pipe!Headpipe is 1.1 degrees,2 stage diffuser,1st stage 36.1-178-68=5.3 degrees,2nd stage 68-128-100.2=7.3 degrees..2 stage baffle,1st stage 100.2-70-87.5=6.7 degrees,2nd stage 87.5-140-24.5=12.7 degrees..total length 790,headpipe is 28% total length (30-32% ideal),headpipe+diffuser is 66.5% total length (64-68% ideal).. From the belly back is the same as the C16,the fwd sections were redesigned for a slightly lower max rpm,but smoother delivery..As usual Yasuni has built a pipe that others will copy(maybe even me!!),it should run verrry well!!!

The center stand is so bulky and heavy on the Zuma that I had to get rid of it. I’ve been on a little journey with kickstands as well. I bought the bolt-on stand from Drow and it works, but I had to trim metal off the stand bracket itself, and trim tons of plastic off the leg shield/belly pan to make it fit and I’m not a fan of all the open space all the trimming creates. So I bought the Scooter Tuning kick stand that is supposed to alleviate those issues. It does... but it has its own or at least in my case it does. The folks at ST told me they’ve sold hundreds of them and only ever had an issue with them hitting the air box. On my bike however, it bashed into the air box and is way too long. It would just plop my bike onto its right side if I let it. I took the kickstand to a guy who cut two inches off of it and welded a “kicker” onto it. I didn’t have the bike with me though and was making these mods with only some measurements that were very hard to estimate, so it needs a little adjusting before I can use it, but after a little booger weld to stop it from retracting as far as it does now and moving or bending the “kicker” it should work nicely with no scooter modification. Here are pics of the new one and mods. No idea why I had to cut two inches off of mine and no one else did though. Whatever. I even have a brand new shock that’s stock length I believe and freshly serviced forks.

So i thought i'll take a look myself and search for a better pipe for my daily driver. Was thinking about a Yasuni R or a Polini Team pipe.
I was shocked to see that many stores have run out of stock or worse, won't even ship to Japan anymore. And if they do ship the shipping prices have doubled or even tripled.
Racing Planet Germany send me a Birthday 10% discount coupon but they won't ship to Japan. 😒
I am sure it must have something to do with that covid situation. Not a good time to be scooter tuning at the moment.
Guess i'll stick to my Next-R for now till the situation gets better.

It looks like, if you are not in Europe. Once the stock has gone. It will be a while before it's back. I guess the biggest market is Europe. So they will most likely try to keep their biggest retailers happy.

Just a quick update on the Racing Planet Germany not shipping to Japan situation. As I thought they confirmed my suspicion. Due to the Covid situation DHL doesn't ship to all countries at the moment. They can't say how long that will be the case.
