I think he means when dexameth assembles it hahaha I was actually thinking I might do it. Well, part of it anyway. It's been a while and I should get my hands a little dirty. Matt Awesome!! It's actually a pretty simple job, you got this.

Although I'm capable of more difficult jobs as well... I just rarely take the time to do them anymore. lol Matt

I am curious my scoot is 49cc commute based, stops starts ect,has a polini vari, naraku traffic tops out 39mph which is plenty for the job it does, what kind of rev range are you thinking of as "reliable" I keep mine 7k top end.

Geoff We're gonna see what it does and where it's most comfortable, but I think it would remain reliable so long as it stays under 8k. Do you have the restriction removed from your Naraku pipe? Matt

Time to show your stuff Matt go slow and give us before and after each mod results That naraku traffic exhaust I almost picked up before my malossi wild lion , I wasnt sure if it would bolt up to my zuma or vino .
You could probably come up with a good build package for all the zuma modders. Not everyone wants to go full race.

Dexs results with the triops exhaust opened some eyes 10,000 plus rpms and its still pulling . That puts it as a strong rival to the yasuni r
8500 rpms -9000 rpms Malossi Wild Lion
All done by 9500 rpms Yasuni Z Tecnigas Next R
10 k to 11k rpms Yasuni R Triops
A list like this would help builders

The first thing I decided to look at was tires, since the bike needs new rubber. I want to keep the stock dual sport aesthetic to the bike, and stock the bike comes with Kenda K761s from the factory. It's a great tire, we sell bunches of them and they are affordable and durable. Here's some links so you can see them: www.partsforscooters.com/154-81_Kenda_Tirewww.partsforscooters.com/154-82_Kenda_TireBut I was wondering if we have anything better, so I went looking and found the Vee Rubber VRM-133's... which are a cool looking dual sporty-ish tire in their own right. Vee is a great tire brand, and while these are a bit more expensive than the Kendas, I'm pretty sure I found the reason, which I'll get to shortly. Here's some links for these as well: www.partsforscooters.com/154-268-Vee-Rubber-VRM-133www.partsforscooters.com/154-269-Vee-Rubber-VRM-133So what sets these apart and why am I going to install the Vee's even though they cost more, and why do they cost more? Weight. Front weights: Vee: 6.95 lbs Kenda: 8.10 lbs Rear Weights: Vee: 7.8 lbs Kenda: 8.4 lbs The Vee's are notably lighter because they are newer design and have a better carcass, and that lower amount of rotating unsprung mass is the first performance mod on this bike. When you aren't dealing with a ton of power, every lb counts, and every lb below the suspension counts for roughly 3x as much. Matt
