Wow That Sucks 12000 rpms Thats Crazy High. I would not have expected your set up to get above 10k rpms . You must have done some serious porting. Could you do a port map so we can see how high you stretched it ?

You nutter. Did you raise the port about 4mm? That's some serious revs. Can you not use the jog RR engine?

the MALAGUTI f15 engine turned up today so cleaned it all down and got around to fitting it still need to mount the aerox radiator but this was just for testing to make sure it dont over heat and to make sure it runs and after getting the fuel back to the carb it starts 1st kick and ended up running it for 15mins checking for over heating and water leaks i did see a small leak from top head gasket but apart from that stayed nice and cool + was pumping water well checked over the cvt and fitted some 3.5gm rollers 1500 rpm clutch springs tecnigas q-tre exhaust motorforce kevlar belt 16.5mm x 8mm x 750mm went up the road 2 times and seems to go all right

Sounds sweet. Should be a good step up from the air cooled motor.

Sounds good The 11 to 1 gearing makes a big difference . When you tun your cvt for it take off is basically the same but you end up with 5-7 mph up top.

acceleration over speed is my priority also . Every road within a half block of my house starts above 45 mph . So I have to get up to speed quick .
The prebug zumas at 180 lbs can push 10 to 1 gears with wheelie power . With a athena bbk and leo vince pipe so pushing under 10 hp . I have helped build one up and all he could get ahold of was the 10 o 1 gears .
