I’m not sure what it would look like by dropping the seat and bars. I hadn’t considered it or any mods to the overall appearance.

Just pulled the trigger on: Polini Corsa C16 Delorto 21mm I’ll post more when they come in. You should look into getting: 1. Roller weight tuning set. Probably going to have to set rollers to less than 5 grams with that bore and pipe. 2. Stiffer cluth spring set. You will probably have to stall the clutch to a higher rpm to get the bore/pipe into its power range. I like the Stage 6 clutch for the ease of adjustability. 3. Cylinder Head Temp gauge so that you dont seize your brand new Corsa while you are jetting the carb. Unlike most tuners, i tune my main jet based on the temp at Wide Open Throttle. I tune to 350F at WOT. 4. A tachometer to make CVT tuning easier. You can see when clutch engages and RPM as the CVT is shifting. Helps with roller weight tuning too. I wish you success! P.s. 5. A main jet kit for your new carb. Best in increments of 2.

This being a Chinese copy, I will have to measure between it and my Zuma to make sure that aftermarket Zuma stuff will fit. Do you have a link for the Stage6 clutch that you like? I'm stealing ryon_ott 's baseline for jetting from the Dellorto Jetting Thread but I may fatten up the main since I'm running air-cooled: bike: 2008 Yamaha Zuma 70cc LC Polini Corsa carb model: Genuine PHBG 21mm carb size: 21mm idle jet #: 40 air screw turns out: 1 3/4 needle #: W9 2nd from top needle jet # 264 main jet #: 86 tried different main jets? (Y/N): Y (This tells whether or not the main jet you are using is the most optimal one) slide cutaway #: 40 % ethanol in fuel: 10 elevation: 340 reed valve? (Y/N): Y type exhaust pipe? (1/2/3): 3 Yasuni C16

In order to use the Stage 6 or clutches like the Polini Evo or Malossi Fly/Delta im pretty sure you need a smaller clutch bell (107mm?) Those clutches are smaller in diameter than the stock one.
For stock chinese clutch bell, i ran the NCY lightened clutch and i tried NCY yellows (med) and NCY red (stiff). That clutch was okay.
I found that you can run DIO clutches on a minarelli rear pulley provided that you have a 107mm bell. I use a Polini clutch bell. My Stage 6 Torque Control, Polini Evo 2, and Malossi Fly were all labeled as DIO when i bought them.

The parts came in but I used them for another project ( see Razz build thread ). The Venice will eventually get a Corsa but all in due time. What I did accomplish on the Venice is sticking on a TTO tach and inspecting the CVT. What I found are 12x15mm 5 gram rollers with flat spots. Due to the aftermarket pipe, I wanted to go lighter. A local shop had 4 grams in stock and I swapped em in. I also removed the spacer behind the front pulley. It's okay up to 35mph and after that it gets on the pipe quick! I know I maxed out the speedometer (40+mph) as I ran out of street. I need to find a better spot to do Top Speed testing. I'm going to play with the CVT a bit more before any CC's are added

Minor update:
I received the Polini Contessa kit and had it almost ready to install within an hour with one major mistake. I ordered a 10mm piston, the Venice is a 12mm. Thinking it would not be a big deal, I looked up the Malossi 12-10mm adapter but that is a 17mm OD. The small end ID of the con rod is 16mm!
I'm looking for 10mm x 16mm x 12mm needle cage bearings so I can use the 10mm piston. The mistake is totally on me for not measuring the piston wrist pin before ordering. Another lesson learned!

Installed the Polini Contessa! It low end and mid power is so much better. I haven't done any top speed runs but did get it up to 40 MPH pretty easily. Plug looked a little lean so I raised the needle one notch.

Current Setup: Polini Contessa 70cc Noname Expansion pipe Del 21 carb 5gram Rollers 44.1 MPH @ 9750 RPM At those revs @ WOT, it almost felt like I was hitting a rev limiter but it still felt like it had more to go. I re-torqued the cylinder, and richened the main jet but still doing the same. I need to get some new plugs and check to see where I'm at with plug readings. That and the observations from AtariGuy , I agree that the stock gearing is short. Malossi does make a 15/41 P/N M.677014. The quest to 50MPH continues.

New speed run. I went from an 86 main jet to an 84. 47.4MPH 10120 max RPM Plug looks a tiny lean but I’ll add photos tomorrow. This was on 32:1. I’m going to run 40:1 and try the 86 again. For now, I’m going to raise the needle a notch. I also owe you guys with my sig showing the current setup. I need to find a set of gears for this thing!
