One of the liquid cooled guys needs to chime in about cylinder head tempatures .
Could it be just poor tolerances on your kit that cant hold up to the rpms that it should be able too . that is way to many different parts to fail.
A new kit may fix everything 90GTVert has the tpr and has had great results

Are you running an open filter? If so your jetting might be too lean. Have you verified timing with a light for actual degrees? CHT temp you posted is average, maybe a little lower then I’ve been seeing. Ive been between 170-210f CHT and 140 coolant.

Fixed the power loss issue at wot by changing the float height, but now it bogs like when running very rich when launching wheelies. 140 main, 42 pilot, 0 power jet and needle at the middle

Your no-answer to the above questions...OPEN FILTER? If you running those SEXY pod filters? You are fucking yourself! Simple!!
That is NOT the right way to tune...Read more and you will see. You added expensive parts and got some power, but you never got a proper tuned engine. Try an air box and premix...cannot blow up. Really! It can run shitty, will always run.

PewPew...sorry for the harsh words, but many here either do this for a living, or have blown up more shit than a Navy Seal. My last post and the above questions are real.
I have some detail on F1 intake regimes. I have more on WSB and Moto GP. Small community in FI...smaller yet with Carbs. I say forget "sexy pods"...because they are SHIT, by them selves. Open exhaust? Shit by itself.
The thing to really understand? What do you want your engine/bike to really do? Low end power...low and midrange? Top end as quick as you can? None is even close to the same. I just saw a young, smart guy spend crazy money blowing up engines on a 2T...because he forgot history or failed to apply it. Super smart guy!
My suggestion is to tell this forum what you have, in super detail and where you want to go. I make most of my own parts, because the markets creates obscure mediocrity. That is where the money is! I love to find a limit and then back off a fart.
There are no two engines alike. I had a TZ250 J model that had blue eyes. One blew this way, one blew that way. It was always me...but that is how I learned to properly measure ignition timing. I thought it was farking me....I was farking it and more. After I turned on the light bulb? Bad ass moto!
My proof? I have a Honda CRF250L model that even Honda cannot beat. (Well, they could if they knew what we did) They claim 24 hp...at the crank. We hit near 28 now at the rear wheel....and it is more reliable....and we used all Honda parts, except bearings, hint, hint, hint. It is a serious ball tingler! And weighs only 268 pounds. Still working it!

I went back through the threads...you did give some great indicators and others offered up some WTF questions. I wonder, besides the fact that I think open filters are shite...do you know your compression? Seems maybe too high for the ignition settings. How do you set your ignition? Can you test at rpm?
There's something happening here, what is ain't exactly clear....

I dont know the compression ratio and i first set the ignition 1,5mm btdc but it was running rich under half throttle so i changed it to 2,5mm btdc

I believe PIG used the MVT ignition on the same setup. Maybe he can chime in and give you that info. I use 0.35mm BTDC on my Roost Havoc 70 setup. Which is according to MVT manual.
