But seriously, I once moved from Philadelphia to Austin, Texas and we loaded all our stuff up on a moving truck and they said they’ll have it there in a week or so.

So me and my wife loaded up our little Honda Civic and drove down I95 into Florida and then cut across on I10 through NOLA into Texas. We were broke and we stayed at motel 6’s outside of the cities where they were cheaper.

One of our stops was Savannah. And it was cool. We didn’t have much time, and we explained what we were up to to some locals and they were so nice. They said “go to this bar they will have oysters for happy hour and they are cheap”. When we were at that bar, we told our story and they said go to this place because they have pizza and pitchers and you can play pool. So we did that. Then there, someone told us about another happy hour and we hit that. It was awesome. Then we had to leave.

So when I say it was kinda cool, it was kinda cool for the 8 hours I was there. I’d love to go back.

Except for that seersucker suit. I had to google that.

We have two raffle bikes lined up, a pile of parts and goodies from Dos Cycles, Cribbs Customs, and 5150 Mopeds, and various other fun things we found in the alley.
