heck yeah! Here's our Hoca gears in 2.63 (42/16) and 2.56 (46/18) CLICK ME CLICK MEWe also sell Jasil gears that don't require pressing anything but we are out of stock momentarily... Now imagine combining the two, since Jasil is the primary gears and the Hoca are the secondary. Would we even have enough power to push it? I might just find out...

Most of the time the stock secondary gears are 52/15 if I remember correctly (those are the ones most people change)

That's a 3.00 gear ratio, slightly taller than stock but not as tall as the Jasil I sell (but currently out of stock). The beauty of the primary gear changes is there's no need for a press, they are simple plug-n-play! You can also do this... I bought all of my taller gears from STG off their ebay store - way before I every worked at PFS. I did break teeth off the first set, bought another and they are still in my scoot to this day. The link I provided is the drop-in kit as well for your Kymco. Looks like they lowered the price too... This will give you a 2.77 ratio and almost a 10mph gain if you have the power (:

Would you say they are around 10% taller? I'm not sure how much taller gear my setup can pull with out losing a fair bit of accerleration. Ofcause some of it can be dealt with some cvt tuning. But I 17% would be a too much, I'm only for small amout of top end. I think we run about the same setup tho, so maybe you have some much needed experience with these gear up kit? My setup: naraku 90cc Kit with Bvh naraku 24mm carb A cam that likes revs A slighter lighter flywheel. And a ton of other parts.

Secondary 16/50 (3.125) will give you 10.15. Sounds ok, but if only, you are revving that engine

I haven't tested anything taller than that on my setup, but I can still rock wheelies with those 49/17. I just got my wheelie build built back up last night, so I might go back to stock... or keep this setup cuz she still goes 55mph and I can still wheelie it - just a little tough at first. your setup will love the gears, you might not notice the 3.0 too much (those would be good for a 47mm build IMO)

Most of the time the stock secondary gears are 52/15 if I remember correctly (those are the ones most people change) 52/15 = 3.4667
The ratio is the driven gear teeth divided by the drive gear teeth. Finding ratios is as simple as counting teeth. Or you can sit there and count the number of turns the input takes to turn the output one turn.

I run 49/17 secondary with the stock 3.25 primary in my agility. With a 50mm airsal kit,a9 cam and 20mm keihin, I was able to get 52mph tucked
