That's not good. Do you think that's happened after fitting? I'm sure you would of noticed that play before it was fitted.

Lol i am scooter mechanic but where i work is 99% GY6 49cc TaoTao,Wolf etc, they rarely need engine work other than valve adjustment etc. But i am self tought .. 26 years old , Started when 16 i had a Yamaha Neos back home in Europe and ever since then i love 2 stroke . I don't know everything, specially when it comes to tuning, but i am learning every day from you guys and from dealing with issues ...

UPDATE ! She is back and running ! First thing today i did a pressure test , pumped to 300mmhg = 6psi, for 45 minutes she lost 20mmhg = 0.5psi i will take it , i did check everywhere with soap and water but no bubles NO WHERE ! Put everything back, variator, oil pump, stator, magneto, water pump ... Install the new carb 21mm but its seem like its running too rich, i only started it to get it up to temp, but 1/2 throttle and up she is RICH, the carb came with 90 main jet and 45 pilot,i do have jet kits or main and pilot so that will be from now on, fine tuning . If any of you knows about PHBG and can give me a starter point that will be great !! Install the new 760mm belt , but will mess with rollers and shims after i get it to run good ! Here is some pictures:

ryan_ott runs a 21mm dellorto he has the 2008 zuma keeper thread I think 90GTVert also ran a 21mm also on his past vento builds .
I am old fashioned I start out real rich and drop down till it stops gurgling and then I do full speed runs with smaller and smaller jets and note top sped and feel . When I see 2 with the similar speed I just take the richer one . And Then Plug Chop the chosen jet for a good smoke ring
I will bet that you end up at 85 on the main

I'm with Zino. I always start off way richer than I think I need. Then work my way down. Should not be much lower than you have now. I would of thought.
