Hello. I am back with a new problem at my Piaggio Liberty 50cc 1997 scooter. If it is cold outside, the scooter starts without problems. But if it is hot outside, I have to hold the throttle to start it. Do you have any ideas how can I fix this? The scooter is completely stock

Did you inspect the reeds while the carb was removed for cleaning?

I didn't inspect anything. I will remove the carb and inspect. I have to inspect just that piece?

I am not familiar with you scooter...but My question would be in addition to tortoise2. Does your carb have an electronic "enrichening" circuit?
That would would act as a choke, but in reverse...giving a tiny bit more fuel at cold start. If it is either worn, or electronically malfunctioning...it could be causing you issues when warm starting. Some have a temperature sensor...good! Others do not.
They have a quite high rate of failure. They can also begin sticking at a particular temperature. You can clean and inspect that quite easily.

It uses this type of choke: I think that it hasn't a temperature sensor.

If you do have a malfunction...Two things We have seen. I have told a few stories about how Thai peeps can fix a dead chicken...That needle plunger? It can be not going full travel, or being too heavy.
Too heavy will wear the taper down or put grooves in it. Too light means hard to start in cold temps.
The test...not really a permanent fix...is to baste it in Loctite Red, then give it some ultra fine love with 400 to 1200 grit. Try it! You should be able to see the marks in the brass. If you fark it up? No loss. If it works? Run her 'till she needs another fix. Junkies...
The electro-magnetic side...if you can take it apart and clean out the metal dust...could be all good. Inside can get fragments collecting near the pin seal, limiting travel. Like shoving a dime up your ass, just before a good poo. Something...not...quite, right.
That taper at the bottom? Ultra hard to measure the angle...and it has an opposed seat. Try to match them. Hard to show, but I am a Loctitty guy. If I can put an external taper in an internal one? One drop of Blue...install when wet and let sit....then remove before setting and lap it like a valve. It will fix itself some...
I use dumb shit like this every day. Burt Munro shit. Not cheap...lazy. The smart ones work more for less.

Ohhh, editorial: Your picture is good! It is an "enrichener" circuit. They control fuel...usually. A true "Choke" will cut out air, causing a rich mixture.
Thus, many get confusing brain waves...there may be great responses, but the wrong direction. Are you fixing air or fuel? It is quite easy to "fuck up a shit sandwich". Just ask me. Tasted many. Now 63, with a cleaner chin and a box of tissues.

Thank you so much for your help, but for the moment I can't do anything to the scooter because of the virus. After this period I will try to fix it and if I have any questions, I will ask.
