I think my jetting is lean and thats part of it. From like 1/2 to WOT the bike actually slows down. It stutters and gets really hot too. Im thinking my main jet and needle clip are out of whack.

I updated with right thread . Your temps are within his ranges . I would compare notes with him and 90GTVert on liquid builds .

Finally found the time to finish the CAD work on the exhaust bracket. I used the original Yasuni bracket as a template and designed a new bracket to be cut in 3.2mm thick chromoly steel. I am having the bracket laser cut by SendCutSend.com. I paid $28 for the material, cutting, deburring and shipping. Way cheaper than the local quotes I got. I left a bit of meat around the bolt holes to allow for adjustment once I am ready to mount up the pipe. I have attached a photo of the part as well as a link to the .dxf file so other PGO people can use this bracket as well. Just a reminder this bracket was made for a 2018 Genuine Roughhouse with a Yasuni R - Minarelli Horizontal version. I am not sure if all Yasuni models (Z, C16, ect.) are made with the same mounting holes as the R. This may need to be adjusted if you are using a different pipe. EDIT: The original plate I uploaded wasnt up to my standards. I reworked the design and fixed the clearances for the bolts. Here is the final design. One plate is solid and the other plate has the Roughhouse Logo inside of it. Plain Plate

The NCY rear shock was on backorder with SSS so I changed my order for a YSS brand shock. It has the same eye to eye length as the NCY. The ride was lowered about 2.5" overall and the scooter has a much better stance. It feels like the riders center of gravity was too high on the original setup.
The original DXF file I submitted turned out to be the wrong size! SendCutSend was kind and redid the order. Its in the mail. Ill post photos when its all setup.
Almost there!

You say on bio that ur at a 98main jet, I would call that asking for trouble even if you were still using oil injection which I am guessing ur not. I saw on a vid that your gas is "rich" if you mean that it has extra oil for breakin realize that will only serve to further your lean fuel to air ratio. Trust me I'veseized a few Corsa's and stock cranks from those kind of mistakes. Hate to see your awesome build end like those did.

The test ride i did a few weeks ago was great except for 3/4 to WOT which is all mainjet. Past 3/4 I slowed down significantly compared to 1/2 throttle and CHT skyrocketed. I think i need to be in the #110 size or so. Ill do the tuning once the bike is 100% together.

I finished all of the fabrication today. Getting everything to line up and fit OK with the rear bodypanels was not a good time. I mounted up the rear panels just so see how its coming. I also finally got around to stripping, sanding and priming my CVT cover today. Tomorrow ill be spraying it with metallic black. Im not too happy with the current bodypanels. Im thinking about ordering up some 2k carbon and skinning them. As an alternative to more glass work (shudder) it turns out PGO offered the PMX with carbon bodypanels for a few years. I can only find them for sale in Denmark but I'm seriously considering purchasing them. I think the gloss carbon would look sharp. I finally got a real sit on the scooter today as well, the ride feels so much better than before. The steering angle, the height of the handlebars, the slightly longer wheelbase, it all really came together. My exhaust bracket was wrong again! But this time its my screw up not SendCutSend. My original measurements were off . Ill end up breaking out QCAD again and sending out for an updated bracket. The right one this time! Third times the charm they say

I painted and glossed the CVT cover tonight. Tomorrow ill be doing the paint correction to make her pop. I managed to shoehorn a Yamaha 3KJ airbox into my scooter. I am not sure how but hey it barely fits. Im worried that with enough suspension travel it will get squashed between the motor and frame.

I have to admit to cheating last night. My clear coat was still wet in that photo Here's the first real photo. Freshly cured, wetsanded and compounded all by hand. Could it be more glossy? You bet. Im happy with a 20/20 finish. At 20 feet away, going 20 mile per hour she looks mint. Put on that fancy NCY kicker to get the look
