Wow 77 mph That is a Genuine Rocket Roughhouse They come stock with 13 something gears ,So That is maxing them out . What Kind of Rpms are you spinning at those speeds ? I am guessing way over 12,000 .
Post up video Doing a 70 plus Run that will get you on the Scoot Speed List .

Zino After putting my mods on: - Polini Corsa 72cc Bore kit - Polini speed exhaust - Polini Speed Clutch using the Green Medium Springs - Polini super speed 9 Variator - Polini Kevlar Racing CVT Belt - Naraku Racing Clutch Bell - Naraku Racing CDI No rev limit - NCY 32mm intake - Style Pro Fiber glass reed valve - OKO 28mm carb with #45/#145 Jets - UNI Air Filter - I Clocked @ 77MPH which is alright but it’s not what I going for. My gearing is still stock with leave my ratio 13.1 I’m having a hard time finding gearing for this build. Also I’m in the process trying to put a 2AB Mini stroker in which is pretty crazy. I had to shave my piston in half to provide clearance on the downstroke. Shave my casing a little to fit on the mag side. By changing the crank now I Have a of modifications to do but according to a lot a people I should hit 90+ MPH if I can find taller gears. No way no how are you going 77mph with those gears and even at 12k which i doubt your hitting i think your gonna do tops 65 maybe 70 if your lucky

With Jasil 15/50 gears, 72cc Naraku and stock head w/ 2.2 stroker, 28mm OKO with 112mj (145 on their setup whaaaat), Triops pipe... I'm at 10,200 and 55mph... 60mph i'm at 10500 and that's all she wrote. Still trying to get a good camera to get my speed run and get on the speed list with a 2nd scoot hehe

Im building out the same scooter, very similar build but mine is a liquid cooled corsa with a Yasuni pipe on it. I found a set of gears and a crankshaft for the motor. The crankshaft is made by Jasil, the parent company to Top Preformances. www.racingplanetusa.com/crankshaft-racing-full-circle-high-quality-engine-p-13752-1.html#.XwkWjhgpDqtThe gears are available from Polini, as I understand any gears from a 90cc Minarelli engine will in fact work in the PGO motor. Whats the stock gear ratio? 13:1? I've been told quite a few numbers. I also think the 70MPH is pretty nuts, especially with that pipe. I'd be interested to see your results though, I'm not sure where the Corsa sits on the speed vs reliability chart.

I Have a 2016 Roughhouse with a 72cc Corsa, Malossi Reeds, Polini race clutch, Malosssi Clutch Bell, Polini Race Variator, With a NCY Intake and a 28mm OKO Carb. The Roughhouse engine is actually made by PGO. It is a exact Clone from a PGO Bigmax.. Its hard to find gears which im looking for right now. Here is a link for the secondary-gears scooterpartsco.com/genuine-scooter/genuine-roughhouse-50/malossi-secondary-gears-15-42-for-adly-genuine Im trying to find the primary gears. They don't make a racing crank that I know of either The Jasil Full Circle PGO Race crank which is rated for 14,000RPM. High-quality, full circle, Racing Evolution NG (Next Generation) crankshaft from Top Racing. The specialist Portuguese crankshaft manufacturer is a symbol of high quality crankshafts. Evolution NG features extremely temperature-stable and solid silver rod bearings, and a reinforced, surface-hardened rod.. The shaft is capable of absolute peak performance in racing vehicles with the strongest 70cc cylinders. Improved volumetric efficiency and torque are in the Evolution NG as standard. The crankshaft comes complete with silver small end bearing for 12mm gudgeon pin. Made in Europe

That is correct yes. They take the 139QMB GY6 50 CVT parts. I *think* that means they also can take 139QMB gears but I am not sure. Theres a guy on here who bought gears for his Genuine Buddy from Polini(?) but im not sure if they were Genuine specific or GY6 specific. I'll check, but I'm not sure. The roughhouse isn't my favorite platform for modification. Every time we crack one of those open, it's always an adventure to get it back to operational. Matt Can you advise which block is more user friendly to mod on the Roughhouse vs the Piaggio Typhoon 50 (Euro4). I’m in two minds on which bike I buy I’m looking to make a new purchase

I don't want to say I'm calling bullshit but I am gonna say I wanna see a video of this , And it's starting to smell a little bit like digestive grasdigested grass and grains plus I think I hear moooing....

I'm saying to go with that for the better choice because they make more parts for it they Are still developing new parts for that platform most of all those is because of the quality having a block that was entirely made in Italy makes all The difference in the world.

It's a Hi-PER-2 engine. Euro 4 refers to the emissions category. It's interesting that the newer engines seem to have a problem with the crank bearings spinning in the cases. It's only since they moved production to China though. It was never a problem before.
