Ill put a video, where the problem is shown and explained, but its also very stuttery at low throttle, af screw on the air side turned only half a turn out. When i can launch it good, it pulls so hard. Im just not sure youtu.be/SD2tvLpvEz8

We need some more info Big. Tell us more. Stock, altered, I'm afraid I don't know what a PE28 is. Are you talking about a stock 24mm Carb? If it is that's a fuel screw not an air screw. I've never seen a CV Carb with an Air Idle screw.

I've never seen a CV Carb with an Air Idle screw. Stock internals 150, its a 28mm Keihin roundslide carb with an ncy intake and a near straightpipe exhaust. It has the air fuel screw on the airbox half of the carb and not near the intake port, so screwing in cuts down the air.

Ok. I think a 28mm slide carb is too much for a stock 150cc. It sounds like it's running too rich. I've tried and never gotten one that large to work well.

Things seem semi tricky to tune at times.
I currently have been messing around with the stock carb on my stock 150cc swapped into a Honda ruckus. The gy6 is all stock other than the exhaust which is larger diameter and a uni air filter. I also have a wideband AFR meter on it.
As it was originally after a WOT run the meter would drop from 13 down past 18,20,24+ running really lean. I kept cracking and breaking exhaust near the bend. The idle jet that was in there was marked as a 32 but was shorter. I replaced it with a longer 35 and then a longer 32. I now am running with the air/fuel mixture screw all the way in on this tiny jet and I am recording readings of 15-16 on deceleration and an idle mixture of 11.5. I cannot get any leaner...
I'm just still trying to figure it all out and keep it running. Fun times.
