Recently bought a non-running fuel injected Hyosung MS3 250cc. After cleaning a disgusting, rusted out gas tank, and replacing the fuel pump, I tried starting the thing. It tried to start but couldnt get it running. Checked the spark, looked good. Pull out the injector (because of the dirty tank) and it seemed to spray good, but I still cleaned it best I could. I also cleaned out the rest of the throttle body and sensors. I haven't worked on many fuel injection system, much more familiar with carbs. I wanted to buy a new injector but wasnt able to find one for a decent price, but I did find a whole used throttle body on ebay for 40 bucks. Just put that in and seems to be a little worse tbh. When I spray carb cleaner into the body it'll run off of the cleaner. So it seems to me its just not getting enough fuel. But I am kind of out of ideas at this point. Any pointers that could be given. Could this be a faulty control unit? Im not real familiar with those either. Here's a pic of the throttle body I bought Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok I read through the manual a bit. Look like I need some special diagnostic tool to diagnose the sensors and all of that. Anybody have a good method for cleaning injectors?
