Thank you Zino . Couldn't have done it without all the help . Nice work getting her running 50 plus mph Out of the Box is a nice accomplishment. You will pick up a little bit more after the cylinder loosens up in the next 500-1000 miles and as you dial in the CVT better For tuning your Variator I find the lowest weight that still gives me the best Top speed . This gives me the best acceleration and Top End . When your heavy you get top end but your take off sucks . The Malossi Cylinder Is a really Nice Upgrade it Pairs well with the Leo Vince pipes and will keep you in a very Crank friendly RPM range . They run forever . Just get a Temp Gauge and make sure you jet it so she stays below 350 degrees

Just thought I'd talk a little about the Mallossi 72cc kit I got . First impression compared to the cheap bug bore kits for 4 stroked I've ordered in the past I noticed right away the packaging was very nice and kept parts safe during shipping. also the parts were very nice casting and machine work . The kit came with Cylindet , head ,piston,rings,12mm piston pin , (No bearing included so if getting this kit make sure to order the bearing separate) also came with Head gasket oring style, cylinder to base gasket, exhaust gasket ,one other thing that was a nice surprise isn't comes withh new carbon reeds as well . And of course Mallossi stickers red and white . If you do have a SYM Jet 50 evo and get this kit then know you would have to drill the head and cylinder bolt holes up roughly 1 size to fit proper. The kit is a huge increase in power and top speed and extremely notacable .just thought i would share my experience with this kit in case someone out there has an SYM with this odd ball engine .

SMALL UPDATE:
After a long ride today I think with my riding style I'm going to change my rollers up 5grams. Started at 45 grams then went to 35 so I think 40 grams should suit me .

I still have a sound like marbles clanking around even after the rebuild .I know rollers make some noise but when I'm around other 2 strokes I don't hear it from theirs. The crank felt tight when I took it apart so I didn't do the crank.engibe only had under 400 miles on it . Anyone else get a sound like that ? Driving me nuts.the scooter runs ,idles and goes perfect but I still have that sound I had from even before the build. I swore it was the piston pin bearing but that's all new now as well
