I just want to make sure I am understanding you . So let me ask it this way .
The kickstart does get it running so you can Ride it Yes or No ? The Electric start does not start the engine Yes or No ?
Electric Start Does the Electric start just make a clicking sound or does it spin the motor over ? Do you have Headlights ? Do all the flasher lights work ?

Sir thank you for giving your time. KICK start is working. I am riding by kick start. But when I use Self Start Button, it Spin the Motor full speed but the engine doesn't Start. I have charged the battery by Battery charger, and cleaned the Carboretor today, but still engine is not starting on Self Start Button.

Head light flashes little, when Self Start Button is Pressed and Motor is Moving/spinning. Left Right indication Lights are working only when SCOOTY is Started, on Battery Power the Left Right indication Lights not flashing properly.

When my battery is on the weak side . The flashers dont work right. When it is running down the road the engine running provides enough power for all the lights . At Idle the lights get dimmer and when I rev it up to take off the lights shine bright.
If you have a battey charger. Put it on for a 1/2 a day on slow charge.
Your Battery might just not have enough power and need to be replaced. I prefer Battery tenders they maintain motorcylce and scooter batteries through the off season.

Sir... Yesterday I opened Carboretor, cleaned up with Petrol, and reassembled it, now my scooter not starting on KICK too. So I checked all Fuel Lines, and I noticed that the Outlet Line from Carboretor to the Engine is Jam. I tried to insert air by Mouth, but it's totally Ceased. I think maybe due to a lot of Kicks it's Engine is Ceased. Please guide me what I have to do. Regards Asif Agnostic.

I am not that familiar with the Honda carburetor . But lets cover the basics till a honda guy chimes in . Since you cleaned the carburetor . Which to means you took it totally apart and cleaned it all. Before we get to that lets go over the basics fuel ,spark ,compression just make sure you are getting fuel to the cylinder . Kick it over a few times and take the plug out it should smell like gas and it should be wet with gas . Next check for spark touch the spark plug to one of the screws in the frame . Kick it over you should see a nice blue spark . Now check for compression take a very fat finger and put it over the spark plug hole but not in it . Kick over the scoot you should feel air push your finger . While you have the plug out what color is the end of it Grey White which is Bad, Black like the night sky not good or Brown like mud Brown is what we want . It can be brwonish to black also if it is Black it will not perform well eventually. If it passed all these steps you have fuel getting to the cylinder with spark and compression and spark plug is brownish . A usual mistake is the idle mixture setting is not recorded for how many turns out it is . Lets start with Idle mixture screw set it 1 1/2 to 2 turn out That is a pretty neutral set up on most carbs . Try kicking it over and see if that helps. Here is some carb tuning info that may help you with your particular carb www.49ccscoot.com/faq/carbtune.html

I just need you to verify is there fuel in the carb float bowl ? If not we need to trace back from the fuel line to the fuel tank . You either end up at a on off switch for fuel Or you you run into a unit called a fuel petcock that has another hose off it that goes to the carb. That second hose is a vacuum hose if you suck on that hose fuel should flow from the other hose .

These honda's if you loose the prime of the fuel pump can be an absolute bugger to get running again
If you can kick it, and choke the carburetor manually with your hand over the air filter side it helps prime the fuel pump quicker. Or you can pour some fuel in the carburetor from a squirt bottle to try and prime it to run for a second so the fuel pump primes.
No idea on the electric start issue, upload a video to youtube so we can see?

I m happy to see my Seniors are solving my issue on early basis, the Carboretor is not full of petrol, fuel valve is also looking good, only problem is with the engine, Engine is not sucking Petrol from Carboretor. I am trying to get air pump to blow air in the engine.
