Where does this vacuum port go?

This is on a Tgb scooter. I took it apart years ago and I'm not nearly as familiar with it as a Minarelli engine.

Anyways. Where does the large port off the oil pump go? I thought the port on the back of the engine was a vent... But it seems to be the only open port on the block.

Yeah man... This scooter gas been kicking my ass for years. I'm hoping to do a complete rebuild in the next few weeks and just call it done... If it's not up and running at that point I'm probably going to sell it as is.
