Are these holes a standard size?

See these popouts below the headlights on my IceBear?   Is this a standard/universal size and shape for some additional lights?

Well by looking at this i'd feel inclined to say yes you can most definitely install some type of lights in there almost looks like you can drop some smaller fog style lights in there. Just measure the diameter of the holes and search online for lights that will fit.
