Just wanted to share something interesting I found. I found the old stock carb from my now sold Eton Beamer. I got curious, and decided to see how big it actually was. Upon measuring the intake port, it was 3/4 of an inch, which translates to about 19mm. I was pleasantly surprised, then noticed the carb internally taper. Upon measuring this, best i could with lining up the tape measure with the walls, finding around 1/2 an inch. About.....12, almost 13mm. Not sure if this is the actual internal diameter, or its part of the venturi and you'd classify this as a 19mm, but its just something interesting I noticed. I do think that the next 2 stroke build is getting a mini Oko carb. Love the 28mm Keihin on my 155 motor, and I think that little 21mm Oko I see online would be a good thing to test out for a little budget build. Scoot happy ya two smokers, y'all are lucky 😂
